  1. General Routine Preparation
    a. Formulate a construction plan
    b. Conduct a thorough inspection on every equipment used. This will prevent quality issues from machine failure during the construction.
  2. Material Preparation
    a. The material includes gravel stones, cement, sand, and steels.
    b. Gravel stones are an important component in the concrete mix. Therefore, it’s important to meet the size and hardness requirements when picking gravels.
    c. When choosing cement, pay attention to the integrity of the supplier and pick the ones that comply with the development requirements. Build a mutually beneficial relationship with them. This can not only ensure the quality, but it can also ensure adequate and immediate supply during the development.
    d. When picking sand, the crew needs to ensure that the size of sand matches the construction requirement.

  3. Template Installation Technique

  4. Mixing Techniques

  6. Surfacing Techniques
    Since concrete surface has less friction, it may need to be broom finished depending on the type of cement in order to increase the traction of the track surface and in turn decrease the likelihood of traffic accidents. Due to the fact that there’s a high requirement for broom finishing on concrete surfaces, proper broom finishing techniques need to be selected when brushing cement surfaces to ensure the aesthetics of the road surface texture.
